1. Payments

  • Payment is required within 24 hours of job completion.

  • Invoices are sent via email or text the same day your service is completed.

  • Late or unpaid invoices may be subject to follow-up communication or additional fees.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We understand plans change—there are no cancellation fees, but please notify us as early as possible.

  • Glow on the Go Mobile Detailing LLC may reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, unsafe work conditions, or extreme temperatures.

  • Certain services (e.g., polishing, waxing, ceramic coating) may require dry weather and may be postponed even if other services can proceed.

3. Arrival Window & Access

  • Appointment times include a 30–60 minute arrival window due to traffic, travel distance, and previous job conditions.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the time of service. If we cannot access the vehicle within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be rescheduled.

  • If keys are required, please ensure they are available and the vehicle is unlocked or accessible.

4. Workspace, Water & Power Requirements

  • Clients must provide a safe, legal, and adequately sized workspace, such as a driveway or parking lot.

  • If your service requires water or electricity, the client agrees to provide access unless otherwise stated in the booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe (restricted access, poor lighting, hazardous surroundings, etc.).

5. Vehicle Condition & Upcharges

Glow on the Go Mobile Detailing LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing for vehicles that require additional labor due to:

  • excessive dirt, salt, or grime

  • pet hair

  • stains or odors

  • biohazards (mold, mildew, vomit, blood, urine, feces, etc.)

Upcharges typically range from $50 to $150, and any additional fees will be discussed with the client before work begins.

6. Pre-Existing Damage & Liability

  • Prior to service, we perform a visual inspection of the vehicle.

  • Glow on the Go Mobile Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including: scratches, dents, chips, paint defects, fading, rust, loose or damaged trim, aftermarket parts, electrical issues, or prior repairs.

  • We are not liable for personal belongings left inside your vehicle. Please remove all valuables before your appointment.

Engine Bay Disclaimer (if applicable)

If engine bay cleaning is requested, the client acknowledges that older, modified, or weakened electrical components may be sensitive to moisture. Glow on the Go Mobile Detailing LLC is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing or underlying issues.

Child Safety Seats

For liability reasons, we do not uninstall or reinstall child safety seats. They must be removed before your appointment.

7. Limitations of Results

While we always aim for excellent results, some issues may not be fully correctable due to severity or material limitations:

  • permanent stains

  • odors (e.g., smoke, mildew, pet odors)

  • excessive pet hair

  • scratches, oxidation, etching, or clear coat failure

We will always communicate realistic expectations prior to beginning service.

8. Satisfaction Policy & Final Walk-Through

  • Upon completion, we encourage a final walk-through with your detailer to ensure satisfaction.

  • Once service is approved and payment is processed, all sales are final.

  • If you were not present at completion, we will document the results with photos or videos.

  • If any concerns arise within 24 hours, we may offer a courtesy touch-up at our discretion.

9. Photos, Videos & Marketing

Glow on the Go Mobile Detailing LLC reserves the right to take before-and-after photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing, social media, and portfolio use. These images will never include faces, addresses, or visible license plates without your consent.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or discontinue service if:

  • the vehicle presents unsafe or hazardous conditions

  • the workspace is unsuitable

  • the client engages in inappropriate or unsafe behavior

  • the vehicle contains illegal substances or items

  • weather conditions prevent safe or effective detailing
