We typically respond to all inquiries within a few hours during our normal business hours. If you reach out after hours, we'll get back to you the next business morning.
We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, we occasionally have same-day or next-day openings due to cancellations, so don't hesitate to reach out!
If the forecast calls for heavy rain or severe weather, we will contact you to either reschedule for the next available clear day or move the detail inside your garage, provided there is sufficient space and lighting.
Not at all! As long as we have access to the vehicle (keys to unlock it) and it's parked in an accessible location, you can go about your day. We'll text you when we're finishing up.
